This is a unique opportunity to join our team early and grow into leadership positions as the company expands.
What You'll Do
As a Cleaning & Restoration Technician, you'll help customers protect and restore their homes and businesses through professional cleaning and restoration services.
Responsibilities include:
- Carpet, upholstery, tile, grout, and floor cleaning
- Water damage mitigation and structural drying
- Mold remediation assistance
- Odor removal services
- Equipment setup, monitoring, and removal
- Performing detailed inspections and documenting work performed
- Communicating professionally with customers throughout the project
- Completing work orders, daily logs, and job documentation
- Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Ensuring all work meets company quality and safety standards
No two days are the same. You'll work with industry-leading equipment, solve real problems, and make a visible difference for customers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving company vehicles, including a Ram ProMaster
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds unassisted
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in carpet cleaning, restoration, construction, maintenance, or a related field
- Experience with specialty cleaning services such as:
- Carpet Cleaning
- Tile & Grout Cleaning
- Upholstery Cleaning
- Air Duct Cleaning
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, home services, restoration, or construction
- Comfortable educating customers on available services and identifying additional opportunities to help meet their needs
- IICRC Certifications are a plus:
- Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)
- Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
